i wish to know how to get morph for ear same as this ears

The only product I know of that has flesh tunnels is for Genesis 1 & Victoria 4: https://www.daz3d.com/metal-madness

No, not directly. You'd have to transfer the shape morph from the G1 version to G3, and I'm not sure if it will work.
