    Stan Some people will always have issues for various reasons, but for most people the DIM works very well.

    Please remember that this is the New Users Help Forum, and the CVs are trying to help the user in understanding the tools available

    His initial install would have been fine had uninstalling DS 2 years ago also uninstalled the preferences stored in the AppData system folder. His new install was still looking for the folders from that.

    Daz really needs to add an option to wipe those on uninstall. Most people don't even know they exist.

    I think the registry logs the old DS2/3 content location paths. But like evey product barring plug-ins let you change the install path. Never had an issue with installing content as I went deep in to the default DS3 content folder and learnt what goes where when I was learning Daz Studio.
