Hello all,

I want to report some problems with using today's coupon 2-HAWT. As you can see on the attached screenshot (http://www.mediafire.com/?i2f25tdgir99v82 - my Internet connection is low today and my attachments were rejected here, sorry for invonveniences), I am trying to checkout with this month's freebie "Dagger Dreams" (priced $6,99) and a tutorial "3.2 Great Art Now - Posing 102 - Tools & Tricks For Easy Posing" (priced $1,49). The subtotal is $8,48. Then when I go to the shopping cart, I am automatically getting the proper price of $1,49 as the freebie costs $6,99. ($8,48 - $6,99 = $1,49). I am then applying the coupon 2-HAWT that is supposed to take $2,00 off the purchase. But I am getting a different total of $1,14 I cannot tell why. I assume the freebie ought not to count into the total as usual (other coupons excluded the freebies). My cookies are okay and I logged in today, just before choosing my order.

Could you please be so kind and suggest what can be wrong please? I am aware that the coupon lasts on the 28th of July only and is good towards a single purchase, so it's urgent and I submitted a help request straightaway, somewhere around the morning (Buffalo time 10 a. m. or so). I'm worried they would not respond on time and the coupon would go to nothing. Anybody is experiencing similar problems too? Thank you in advance and regards.

the coupon is probably deducting from the total and then applying discounts. Why dont you buy the freebie first since it wont cost anything, and then use the coupon on the other item.

If I were you, I would go ahead and purchase what you want, and let Support give you a refund, I don't see what else you can do.

The freebie is only free to non-PC members with a purchase though.

No, I don't have the membership, so I thought it's better to checkout with both items. I got a response from DAZ, read it if you want ;):

I have a strange feeling it's copy-pasted when they have too many help requests.
