Very basic question about posing

Hello, I got some poses from the shop, the problem I have is that when I try to modify subtleties of the pose, for example, turning the wrist or moving the fingers, instead of being able to select all the fingers, a whole part of the body is selected . I'm sure there must be a setting or something that is grouping all the parts of the body, but I do not know how to ungroup them.

In the toolbar, there's a button that looks like a bone. It's called ActivePose.

When it's selected, you can then click on individual bones (e.g., a single finger) and move them.

Or you can click on the hand itself, and in parameters, there are dials that let you 'grasp' which move all fingers at once.

Hello! Thank you very much! Yes, the bone icon works well for me when I do not apply the pose to my avatar. But once I click on the pose to apply it then when I try to select one of the fingers, a whole group of "bones" is selected. Could they be grouped? Is there any way to see what is being selected?

If you go to Tool Settings what is the option for Node Selection? Which tool are you using?

For example, when I try to select only the arm, it selects a whole part of the body. I am using the tool that appears with a bone "Active Pose"
