How to move, totate, translate two figures simultaneously

I have a kid holding a dog and I want to move, rotate them together as one figure. I see many options in edit, but I don't want to blow up Detroit by selecting the wrong function.

First thing nothing will explode if you do hit the wrong function, but the world may end as we know it so nothing to worry about.

I will presume this in the Daz Studio 4.6. Select both figures in the Scene Pane, (Hold Crtl and click on each object in the Scene Pane to highlight more than one item) Then got to Create > New Group, a new window pops up and make sure the "Parent Selected Item(s) to New Group and click on Accept. Select the Group in the Scene Pane and now you can move them as one. Handy function this as if you hide the Group itself via the Eye in the Scene pane it will hide all objects within that group.

And that is a great tip. I love Groups. Very nice new tool.

Oh don't they save so much time in hiding groups of objects in one hit etc.

Also so useful as you say for moving Lots of items that you set up, table with objects on it for example, to a new place without moving each one or parenting them. Group and your done.

Indeedly and then save that Group as a Scene Subset for later use in other scenes.

Yes! Also a VERY nice feature of the new stuff in DAZ Studio.

Okay, enough De-Railing, (not really). Fan boy stuff? Yes, just love Groups.
