New Product to "Lost and Found" location. Why?

Hi guys,

I always use "Install Manager" to instal new products. Just purchased "Bast Hair". View Product Store Page

For some reason, the Install Manager put it in the "Lost & Found" Folder. Tried uninstalling and re-installing but the same thing. Tried reimporting the metadata and it doesn't help.

Any clues as to why it wold put it there? And not the "Smart Content/Hair" folder?

Thanks.

  • Presumably that reflects the metadata. You can report it to TechnicalSuport; you can also, regardless, categorise it yourself (most easily via right-click in the Content Library)..

Hey Richard, thanks for the response.

So where would I actually enter the edit you mention? I see "Edit Metadata" on right-click. What would I add / change, and where?

    Thanks

  • Since it isn't yet categorised, just right-click on the hair and select Categorise.

Well......, that was easy. Thanks, Richard! :-)

Bit of an old thread, so hoping someone picks up on it.

I have hundreds of items in Lost and Found - no option I can see for Categorize in Studio 4.12

  • Most of those are User data - you could use Move Category To..., I think, or Edit Metadata.
