I installed the product but something is missing

I installed the product with DAZ3DIM but it looks like this. Also on dim I do not see Mystic Hollow Legacy among the installed products

That is a very old product and I doubt very highly it was converted for DIM. You should be able to download it manually and transfer the files into DS. I can't tell what it is that your trying to load. I assume its a prop or environment? It may also require another product first before it can load. Just for the sake of thoroughness what version of DS are you running and what are your system specs just in case this comes down to a hardware issue.

I think the important question is whether you have all of the required products in order to use this texture set. Do you have the Multiplane Cyclorama? Do you have the Woodland Realm Playsets one and two? If not, that would explain the missing files error messages.

P.S. you do not need the Mystic Hollow Legacy files unless you are using an older version of DAZ Studio (i.e. DS 3 or older).

When you buy something, always check out the "Required Products" in the top right corner next to the main image. It will tell you what you need to own in order to make the product run.

Note that it isn't a case of "must have all of these", it's "should have at least one of these". The Cyclorama and the two Playsets are different environments, and the Mystic Hollow texture set includes texture files and settings for all three of them.
