Hi Jimmy; when I click on it windows shows a circle like its booting up but only for a split second then it just does nothing and I just tried run as admin....and it asks if that's what I want to do I click yes and it does nothing.....It has always worked before I can't figure out whats going on...I also tried downloading from my account page and it does nothing also...So I thought it might be broken and tried to re-download it and I get this on the screen for up to 30min.
It looks like there might be a problem with your internet connection too, but that shouldn't stop DIM from running in the first place.
I just tried mine and it works fine. If you internet is working for other sites, I would be tempted to reboot windows, and see if that fixes it. If not, the only other thing that I can think of, is that a Firewall or Anti Virus programmed is preventing it from running, but try a reboot first.
Internet connection is good....I tried re-booting was able to get this screen up clicked start and the whole screen disappeared and did nothing.....This is really weird...also daz content manager service has full access like I said above it just started this last night....
Try uninstalling and re-installing the Install Manager. Make sure that you download and run the latest version from the website. I know in the past I've had trouble with DIM when it tries to auto-update. If that doesn't work I recommend filing a support ticket in Zendesk. In the meantime you can still access your content via the Product Library on our website. Though it definitely isn't as convenient as working with DIM.

If not, what happens exactly? Have you tried right clicking on it and using Run as Administrator?
