Install manager wont work

My Install Manager wont work.
I go to my "Product library" and click DAZ Studio 4.6 Pro then click install manager.
After that I click the installer, but when I the setup does not show. Instead a grey screen appears.
I'm running this on a windows 64-bit.

    What version of Windows? Try right-clicking and choose "Run As Administrator"

    I'm running this on windows 7, and I have tried to run it as administrator but the same thing happens. i have also tried to re-download it many times and restarting my computer but still does not work.

    Any firewalls not permitting DIM to access the DAZ servers, and does DIM have access rights to the directory in which it will store the downloads?

    Can you run the DIM from your PC? The Product Library opens an new instance of DIM, and it may not work that way for everyone. The best thing to do, would be to run DIM yourself on your PC, then use it to download and install the files you want. There is no need to go to the Product Library page at all.
