I have this image in my head, i'm sure i've seen it somewhere before but can't find anything close.  Anyway, here's some description:

backless

sleevless

thin shoulder straps

plunging neckline - not down to bellybutton but pretty close

open leg, or duel open leg

hem length, roughly to middle of lower leg

    For which figure? I'd think there was a pretty wide range to choose from along those lines, at least for the female figures.

    Victoria 4 (hm, possibly elite), but i'm looking for anything similar for any figure
