Not tried this, so YMMV ... load G8F, load shirt - what happens next will depend: if it can auto-fit then do that. If it won't then don't fit-to, just ;aod and parent. Ensure that no major poke-thru is happening (the chest area you can probably ignore for now). Do the dForce 'thing' (G8F as static, shirt as dynamic, etc.), pose G8F, simulate. It may take a few iterations of 'clear'/'simulate' to get a decent drape. Try a short-ish animated drape as that may take the shirt more elegantly, especially if you have only parented it.
When you load the shirt and pose the character, make sure that there is no poke-through. Whereever there is pokethrough, the clothing will be stuck in the body.
