Default settings

I have managed to change the colors of everything so now I can not read any text in workspace.
Where can I find reset to default settings? I want everything the same colors as when i downloaded the program

Second question.

Can i find a tutorial showing how to change colors in different part of wokspace so i don' t get into the same problem again

    Window --> Style --> Customize Style --> in each of the segments (Base, Accents,...), click "Default", then "Accept".

    Window>Style>Select Style would be fewer clicks, also being the first entry in the Style sub-menu it might be easier to find if the text is unreadable..
