Jamahoney, Henryhor, Yellow Pen, ed3D, Horo, mermaid, adbc, drachenlords: many thanks for the positive comments.

Ed3D: Love your original way of thinking! Great door indeed and very good to state ‘privat’ above a very big keyhole. Nothing better to get someone to take a peek!

    mermaid010 : you're welcome

Hansmar : thanks very much_ _but  doesn't private mean no peekingwink

Ed3D thanks for the mentioning Laticis- devianart, I have a look. I only use Bryce and a bit of Wings 3D and most freebies are either for Poser, Max or someother software.

Yello Pen: Very beautiful and highly original point of view!

Yellow Pen - beautiful garden on the terrace. That's the option for urban dwellers.

  • Sorry for the mass comments - hard for me to keep up!

Yellow Pen - “Forgotten Place”, I like the back story and nicely staged. Like the POV om your second image.

adbc - “Gate to the Secret garden” is touching concept and nice modeling job. Your second is wonderfully surealistic.

c-ram - Wow. “Mainau island” is a stunning iamge. So well lit and photorealistic.

S Ray - Love the sky in “Cindy’s Garden”, pretty flowers too.

Henryhor - All your images are  great  concept and nicely staged. Especially liked Elmer Fudd.

Hero - “indoor Garden” is a lovely image and so well illuminated.

mtnmen - “Jacks’s Secret Beanstalk” is a very cool concept. Great posing.

    mermaid - nice and creepy.

FirePhoenix - cool interpretation of the theme.

Hansmar -. Your first is nicely done render, dogs and birds are always good. The second  is a quite lovely. Nice job on the  vegetation density. The last is nicley staged, good posing and great concept.

Her’s my second entry: “NASA’s Secret”

Hope it doesn’t stretch the theme concept too much.

Hybrid plants, pot and vitals monitor modeled in Modo. Eye texture from the Mil Dragon.

    Genesis 2 male by DAZ3D.

    Hair by SloshWerks.

Monitor screen and Server center backdrop are images I found on-line.

Main Illumination from a Sphere dome light. Paralel lights illuminate the screen and backdrop.

Just under 2 hours to render at Normal AA.

    Thanks for looking!

Nice one, Dan...great idea (btw, the eyelashes look 'thickish', but you can get rid of that by changing the transparency attributes for them in Bryce - e.g. select the eyelashes as so, and then create a transparency button for adjustment...etc.,). PS. Eyelashes, eyes - pupils, iris...etc., have always been a problem when inporting a saved DAZ model in to Bryce - sometimes, they work, others no.

I think I'll title this 'Garden of Delight'.

As I always say, "you can't go wrong with a good/great model" .

It has to admitted that we sometimes pose works as original, but at expense of another artist's efforts. We really are using, sometimes, other models that we don't give credit to, so links to such, if possible, are recommended. Therefore, thanks to Jack Tomalin for the Moon Gate - he offered it free some years back, which I, and I'll presume many others, downloaded.

Very nicely done, Jay. It gives the garden a human touch.
