DAZ shopping cart problems

It's infuriating. If you buy something then log in, the item shows as "purcahsed" and it won't let you buy it again, but its not in my cart so I can't check it out! SO annoying. Now I can't get it, no matter what I do. I have even tried logging out and back in again.

this has happened before. A really annoying bug

    If it's showing as purchased when you log in then it should be in your Product Library under My Account. If it's not showing up there then you should file a support ticket because obviously at least part of the system thinks you bought it.

    If you add something to your cart before you are logged in to the store it often sets up this error. THe easiest way to get round it is to then add another different item to your cart, now you should see that the first item is there as well. Remove the item you don't need and continue to the checkout.
