Weird Round Shadows-Any Ideas Why?

Just using the typical spotlights and a couple distant lights that I ALWAYS use. Then I get this weird result. Ever happen to you? I am having issues with version 4.6. Another render, there was just black where the pupils, iris, and whites of the eye were supposed to be. (aka, the entire eye.)

Edit: I can understand the area on our right due to a cheekbone, but that left side?!!!

The cheeks are clipping through one of the hair layers.

Check the Shadow Bias on the light as what your seeing is a render artifact from the Bias being too high.

Thanks- I am pretty sure I had done something whacky- I saved that scene, closed, came back and re-created the character (easy) and the eyelashes loaded correctly and the lighting was fine. It was a preset that I'd made so I knew something was off. Still don't know what it was- but appreciate the tips. If it happens again, I'll certainly try your suggestions.
