Help? Trying to load Twi'lek ears

Hi! So I need help again. Im trying to use this tutorial to make a Twilek in Daz... But for some reason when I select the Genesis 2 Female model and double click the ear cone file, nothing happens! I dont know what Im doing wrong. Its from this pack from share cg: http://www.sharecg.com/v/86019/view/21/DAZ-Studio/Twilek-for-Genesis-2-Female?interstitial_displayed=Yes

Any help would be nice!

    Do you have the Creature Creator package for Genesis 2 Female? (You will also need the Creature Creator Addon package to make the lekku).

    yes I have it, I got the Lekku to work, its just that the ears wont work.

    Odd, just installed this to test and the ear morph works fine. Double check the files are installed where they are supposed to be, namely the moprhs ones.
