Help with UberEnviroment2
I thought I had this almost figured out, but if you noticed around the head, neck, and Chest .. something is not right, and I'm not sure how to correct it
using set HDR KHPark . . only change was the light color
Set Quaility 4XHi
I'm sure it's adjusting some settings in lighting, but no matter what I change it gets worse. I had to delete the UberEnviroment2 and do it all again, and with just the color adjustment this is the result

Changing UE2 settings aren't enough, you need to also change the render settings. Try changing the shading rate to something like .2
yeah, that seemed to help, but I had changed the light, need to do this again, but with the light coming from a better angle, then what I did here.
looks like it went away , still shows what I don't want, but not as bad
As mentioned, shading rate and shadow samples are the two biggest contributions to the noise caused by UberEnvironment. Ideally you want shading rate to be fairly low. Many people including myself use shading rates of 1 or less, with myself using 0.1, one tenth. This will bump up render times somewhat but essentially means for every pixel you're getting multiple samples for the occlusion, so it's much smoother and removes the grain.
Adam's render profiles for Daz are really handy. You can go back/forth between render quality settings with a click rather than manually adjusting every time.

tried it again with the changes to the render settings, but this old machine cannot handle the changes, and will crash on me . . I'll need to play with some different settings, or lighting.
Thank you for the help
First thing to be aware of is UE2 is not aligned properly. A bug report has been made and this is also affecting DS3/A. This thread http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/18998/ explains it better. Further down the page is a link to the solution and even further down the page are the instructions. Once I started using this in DS3A and DS4.5 + lighting became so much easier.
