Installed files, but says files were not completely downloaded I am using a MAC

Hi, my name is Glenda Mohr,

I have some purchased files I downloaded and installed with the installer, I have the most current Daz software on my mac, but it says data files were not completely downloaded - the images do not show up but the name and a question mark.  When I go back to Daz and look up my orders and try to install again it says they are installed???? Can anyone help please.

    You installed via Install Manager? Are you using the default locations, or have you changed them?
