DM (Danie and Marfono) have a bunch for older figures at Rendo, if that helps.

thanks.
but
dm poses arent like Boris paintings poses
I guess we disagree; while I agree that her more current pose sets aren’t, I felt that many of their earlier sets (e.g. “DMs Mixed Fantasy”) were very much influenced by Boris. I purchased two or three of them specifically because they had poses that matched some of his paintings.

Have you taken a look at @Shimuzu's poses? By what I see, you could probably come close to those poses you like by tweaking his/her sets.
Aeon Soul also has some good pose sets that look similar to some of Valejo's poses:
I agree. One of the things I loved about the early DM sets were the poses that reminded me of Boris and Frazetta. I have 3 of the Boris books and love his art. the posing is easy, it's the lighting that is hard to do without postwork
Shimzu's poses are very much like Boris. A lot of what makes Boris, boris, is the musculature of the figure. I've always felt this set looks quit Boris-y https://www.daz3d.com/shimuzu-s-warrior-poses-for-gia-and-victoria-6
Yep, that is one of my fav pose sets
Well, GriffinFX is Boris Vallejo in Daz3d World :)

not sayin dm isnt good stuff, it is nice.
was hopin for poses with more like 'tension', body language,
it is extremely not easy
Vallejo mostly worked using bodybuilders as his "models" - afaik - so any PA offering the basics of "bodybuilding poses" - those they use at competitions - should get quite close to the ones used by Vallejo in his art.
