    Because you selected the head, it will only show you possible shape changes for the head. Right now, as you probably do not have many shape morphs installed, that seems to be only shape morphs related to the eyes.

    If you want to change the pose (that is what the video is about), you are in the wrong section. You cange them in the Parameter tab right above it, not the Shaping tab.
