I'v managed to solve my issue with Daz. From the device management part I could not update my graphic card driver because it kept saying that I had the latest one.I'v downloaded the newest driver from the Nvidia website and installed it and it worked. My viewport is working normal again.
My experience has been slightly different. Yes, I get the jumps, but a deep breath and Ctrl Z often resolves that. In reference to D|S not opening, or reporting that an OpenGL version of 1.3 or higher is the biggest issue. This is, I've decided, not a DAZ bug, because it affected a version of Sculptris I recently acquired, as well as, occasionally, CC2018. Neither D|S or Sculptris would open until I reinstalled my NVIDIA driver. I believe that either NVIDIA or Win10 (or both) are buggy. It is as though the computer forgets where the driver is. My work-around has been to keep a current version of the video driver in my download folder and reinstall it (about every three days.). Additionally, if the system "loses" the OpenGL driver while D|S is open, the program will behave erratically (slows, locks, etc.).

My 2 cents worth.
Windows Update is prone to replacing the manufacturer's driver with its own - though oddly, I've not had this in the last few big updates.
Yeah, I down loaded daz 4.12.1 and all it does is freeze at start, in fact my rig freezes and I have to unplug it to restart it. I have window 10 on my desk top, Daz worked just fine (win 7) until I switched to Win 10. Support doesn't seem to help, I'm pissed and at this point I've just about given up. All I need to do now is export all my stuff out as either an OBJ or FBX file and start over again using Blender. At least it works.
