No - you need the application itself, probably the default resources, and most likely at least one of the Genesis # Starter Essentials (since those are the content).

Where Can I get the application?
The application should be one of the items in the list from your first screen shot. You don't need anything marked poserCF, or PCF, as those are additional files to make the content usable in Poser. You don't need the geoGrafts for 3D printing unless you are doing that. You do probably need the big Genesis Starter Essentials for at least one figure if you want to have human figures, and some basic clothes and hair, to work with - there are also some clothing sets. If you click the circled i icon next to a product that will open the readme page, from which you can open the store page - those should help you decide which bits of content are of interest, and which base figure they go with.

What specific Genesis should I install? I already have 5 genesis
No, the Starter Essentials contain male and female. If you want to install Genesis 3 and Genesis 8, you only need to install two genesis starter packages.

I already installed this, what else do I need?
DAZ Studio 4.10 the Software. If you post the other list (the one that is not installed), it is easier to show.
