Loading obp files?

There is a lot of content on the web that is in obp format. How do you load them? 

I tried placing them in the Bryce (7)/presets/objects/user folder but I don’t know where to go from there? If I try to use Bryce’s “Open” option, they are greyed out. When I try to “Import object”, it says that it can’t find the object when I click on the obp file. What am I doing wrong?
