I realized that I do not have Michael 3 but I want to see if I can adapt it to Michael 4. But I can not stage the dress. I click but it gives me nothing. Yet I do not think it is a texture ... I read well? why do not you give it to me?

It should load, you might have some problems with poke-thru. Try merging it into scene. (Right-Click on item).
But it is just clothing and props. If you have the original Genesis, you can get a clone for M3 (and V3) that might give better results.

The first link you wrote does not work. I'm trying to put it on stage but nothing. It behaves like when you try to load the textures but you do not have the dress yet. Then there are many products of the same package that I have to look for all the items in all the folders ... I get crazy. Exactly which files, in which folders, are you trying to load?
My daz 3D Library > People > Clothes > Michael 3 (That I do not have) > Police
Those will be Daz studio materials, the actual clothes will be in Poser Formats>My Daz 3D Library>Figures>some folder

I purchased Michael 3 and the clothes fit perfectly. In poser formats> My Daz 3D Library> Figures there are only the clothes without the cap, without the hair, without the gun and without the textures ... but why not plan to put them all in the same folder instead of becoming crazy looking for them?
Because they are old, and not much maintenance it put into them any more.
What I do is categorizing content, so I have my own structures. That is very handy especially for Poser items.

Do you mean, the material says "plastic" or that it looks like plastic? If the material says "plastic", that is normal for a 3Delight type of skin surface.

Are you using iray as render engine? And just to make sure, there are skin maps loaded to the surface?
Some of the older materials don't translate too well in Iray, and many (a great many) enhancements have been made in general since M3 was released in terms of both texture quality and shaders. If it's looking like plastic, it could simply be that the older materials are not transferring well.
What product did you get, just M3 base? Because from memory the base doesn't come with realistic textures, you have to buy them separately.
There are freebie characters for M3 available if you don't want to spend more money.
There are higher res textures (https://www.daz3d.com/michael-3-0-universal-texture-maps-high-res), but most likely, the problem is due to the Iray shader conversion taking place in the background. I have the M3 base lying around somewhere on my drive... I'll check it out when i come back from work and see if I can post you a step-by-step tutorial.

Okay... I looked into the M3 character, and the base form has no maps, it is just using coloring. So you'll definitely need "skins" more. As for the uniform, that would probably need some conversion love. But really, the M3 characters are not made for iray. It's the Great-Great-Grandfather to Genesis 3's Michael, after all.

In short, what you bought is a very old piece, from times when computers with 250MB hard drives were considered a top thing amongst hobbyists. Nowadays, we have 1 terabyte hard drives.

Actually I took advantage of the offer of the day. I bought the police car, beautiful, and on offer were also clothes and crime scenes that I bought. The dress did not immediately realize that it was for Michael 3, so to wear it I also bought this character ... Ah, you have to be careful of the offers. They have both, old and new stuff in them. Rule of thumb, the lower the SKU, the older the item. There are still people who exclusively use the older characters for their work, so they keep these in the store as long as they sell above a certain number of items, I think (speculation).
