No sign of purchased product after installation

I purchased "Genesis 2 Head Morph Resource Kit, install manager installed it but there is no sign of it in my content library. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled three times, rebooted Daz Studio three times to see if the product would refresh, but there is sign of its existence in DS.

Anyone please help with trying to get a purchased product to show up in content library or show some sign it really did install?

    The Product Page says:

    •This product contains only new shapes for Genesis, there are no user-facing files.

    That means that there are only slider for it in the Parameters pane, and no files that you can load from Content or Smart Content. Select gen2F in the Scene pane, then select her head, and then look in the Parameters pane for the morphs.

    The Morphs are actually in the Shaping Pane in the Face, Eyes, Mouth and Nose subcategories. This is explained in the Product Documentation.

    What if you don't use the Shaping Pane? I would imagine that they are still available in the Parameters pane?

    No, they're not. Normally you would expect them to be, but I did a quick check and was surprised to find they weren't there. This is one of the irritating inconsistencies with DAZ - you're never quite sure where something is likely to be.

    EDIT - Actually, Jimmy, they are in the Parameters tab, but you have to have Genesis 2 Female selected, not the Head alone! My apologies.

    Thank you Cayman, I was hoping they would be there as well, I never use these new panes at all.

    I have seen that before too, where the root figure has to be selected, and not just the head, I usually try both anyway, thanks again.
