HFS Shapes: How To

I purchased Hellfish Studio's HFS Shapes recently to illustrate some aliens for my Traveller game. Unfortunately, there are no instructions on how to apply the morphs to a Genesis figure. When I try, Studio asks for a .jpg file thaI cannot find, even though I followed the load instructions Dario's read-me file.

This is the first time I wanted to do some serious morphs, but I don't know enough on how to install them.
