Good courses/tutorials

I'm not exactly new to CG, but I've never really sat down and studied it thoroughly, other than reading "Practical Poser 7" back in the day.

I'm thinking I should take a couple months and put myself through some good courses or tutorials. I'm just a hobbyist. I haven't found anything at the local community college, but then most of my free time tends to be at odd hours, anyway.

I've seen Dreamlight's stuff so those are on my list. Anyone else I should look at?

Some parameters:

- this is for "making a graphic novel" type work, not games or movies
- not interested in animation
- modeling is a secondary concern
- mostly looking for training on making the best possible renders - how to compose a scene, light it, artistic considerations, better workflow, tips/tricks, time saving, etc.
- I mostly work in Poser and Photoshop. Not opposed to other software.

Thanks!
