motionbuilder help

I'm trying to get Genesis into Motionbuilder
and the model refuses to go into t-stance. I have no idea why motionbuilder isn't happy with it, but it's in the t-pose. All rotations are a 0
The thing is, it's telling me the arms and hands can't validate, BUT the arm will validate if I clear the hand from character definition.
I'm just using the standard pose that Genesis has when you 1st load it into Daz, which I'm sure is the t-stance.
I'm at a loss and motionbuilder is being a pain

never mind...I had to rotate the elbows...back...and now they look so like they're bending in a odd way...but I guess it will do
