Error Message after Windows Restart

Due to a system restart, I had to reinstall Daz3d and now when I open it, I have receiving an error.  Any thoughts on how to resolve this error?

Check if you installed Postgre SQL CMS in your install manager of DAZ

if yes, check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking it

If its not then reinstall Postgre SQL

Thanks for the response.  I had to install DAZ and my Antivirus.  Reinstalled both and issue resolved.
