only collison settings with dforce?

hallo guys,
I was testing a bit with dforce but i dont understand all options there.
I want to apply dforce on a human (genesis8,3,2,1). But i want only collision option there but i dont get it. I tried a lot but the skin is always moving a bit.
Exemple a hit in the belly or just grabing the arm. Sure this can done with smoothing modifier and collison options but only with one item and u cant self collide.
So i need an option in dforce for just collision.
You can find in the shop https://www.daz3d.com/fg-dforce-breast-presets-for-genesis-8-female its similar how i want it but in this settings i think is the collision to hard only hard corners which dont look realistic.

dforce isn't meant to simulate soft body tissues. Just clothing draping over bodies. Your body isn't reacting liuke as olid thing, it reacts like a cloth. Hence, the result you have.

thanks first link was really good. Pillow example was the perfect for me with some adjustmants. Gravity 0/dynamic strenght 0.1/contraction-expansion ration 200 (velo smoothing and iteration all max but dont know if needed)
for fullbody is whitemapping needed couse fingers or head have more bones than meat and skin.
