(Resolved) Purchased content not showing up

EDIT: After a few hours of searching I have found my mistakes and corrected them, and everything is in working order.

Hello everyone. I apologize in advance if this is a simple question or if it has been answered before, but I can't seem to find the solution.

I'm fairly new to Daz Studio and I recently purchased the Victoria 4.2 3D model pro suite and downloaded it through the DIM. However, the program can't seem to find the majority of the content.

I'm on a PC, Windows 7, using the 64x bit version of Daz Studio 4.6.
My content directory is attached below. If you require any more info let me know.
