Newbe needs HELP Installing Victoria 4.2

tried to install it with DAZ3D Install Manager 1.0.1.75
I am getting a message support folder could not be found

    I can't remember how DIM installs figures like V4 that need to be initialised, but you have to go to

    C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library\Runtime\Libraries\!DAZ

    and run the file called DzCreateExPFiles-V4.bat to initialise V4, then it should work.

    nope that did not do it it is confusing when I look at all the files they are in 3 places c:\ programs, My documents and users/ public document / .... anyway my Genesis 2 Base Female doesn't work ether. I have uninstalled it Victoria and I am trying it again with ps_pe069_Victoria4PwrLoader.exe I have in my Email could you tell me what directory I should put it in ?

    If you have content in three different places, it probably wont work properly.

    The itmes you installed with the DIM should be in the Public Documents which is the correct place, you will need to make sure that it is listed in the Content Directory Manager as both a DAZ Studio AND Poser Formats folder, or DS wont see it.

    You should NOT have any content at all in rogram Files if you are using Vista or later.

    Go to Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, and see what is listed there, and post a screenshot of the expanded listing for both Poser and DAZ| Studio if you can please.

    You will need to add the path for the stuff that the DIM has installed to your Content Directory Manager.

    It is the same as mine, C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library. You will need to add it in both Poser Formats and DAZ Studio Formats. Try that first for now.

    Well I reinstalled everything only this time I installed Victoria Manually meaning without using DIM it is working like you said updated the content however I need to figure out how to get rid of Genesis now you have been helpful thank you for responding
