Can I use any shader in an iray render?

I have a few shaders, and I'm just getting familiar with them. I notice that some are specifically iray shaders. Can I use a shader that isn't iray in an iray render?

Yes, however .... soem shaders created with 3Delight sepcifcially in mind will no translate well into the world of Iray.  Most, I would think, 'basic' 3Delight shaders (omUber. HSS, DAZ default, etc.,) should look ok when used iwithin Iray.
