Can geometry in .duf file be opened in Rhino? .obj files included?

Hi- I am interested in buying this file(s): https://www.daz3d.com/new-york-brownstones

I need the buildings to serve as context for an architectural rendering.  This is an academic, non-commerical use.

If I purchase this product, can I extract .obj files or other formats that they can be opened in Rhino?

Thank you!

After loading user File>Export and set the format to OBJ (or you could try one of the other 3D formats, such as FBX, Collada, or U3D). For OBJ pick a scale preset or value - DS uses cm as its unit, y-up axes.

you can also render DAZ products for commercial use

they are royalty free for 2D renders, videos, gifs etc the redistribution of mesh and textures is what is prohibited

and special additional licenses needed for use in 3D cooked games using mesh (2D sprite based games are classed as 2D renders)
