Do I have to update 4.10?

in New Users
I have daz 4.10. In Install Manager it's showing 4.10 in updates, also Essentials for the various generations. Should I be doing these updates?

If you want the new features and bug fixes, and some products will require updated versions (.dse scripts, for example). Is there something you are afraid will be broken by updating?
