Downloaded contents not loading to genesis figures

Hi,
Sorry for taking long time to reply. I uninstalled and reinstalled the whole thing so that I can set a new single path for everything . But After uninstall, i restarted the system and then installed daz 4.6. Then installed genesis 1.6 . When I clicked on daz3d desktop shortcut, it gives me the animate plugin screen n when i click on OK or cancel I get an error message fatal error while loading daz 3d. Says unrecognized service pack when I checked the logs. Is this because of my windows updates? What do I do now? I was using a working version of 4.6 just few minutes ago. This is unbelievable!
