Is the DIM dim or am i?

Hi
I purchased an item this evening and discovered that unless i want to install it manually i appear to have to use the download install manager. Thats no problem because i have had this for a while now and found it to be very good. On opening the DIM however, i was presented with an option to install an update, which i accepted. Since then the thing has simply sat there doing very little except be annoying. The only way i can get rid and get on with life is by force quitting. Anyone know whats going on here please?

Sounds like your DIM may have been corrupted have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it?

Thanks, it was just that the update took longer to load than i would have thought possible. All sorted now, thank you for the help
