Anyone know anything about "Iclone5 pro w/3DXexchange5.

I understand you can import DAZ Genesis figures. Can you import them with clothing and props already applied from DAZ studio 4.6.

If this isn't possible are the clothing props available through Iclone5 compatible with the DAZ Genesis figures.

Looks like a very interesting product, just looking for some info and reviews on how it works.

    clothing, yes, props, no, parenting in Daz studio fbx export does not work but you can attach/link them in iClone
    and no, no compatiblity between figures except they can use the same motions

    Daz figures can use iClone facial animation too with retargetting, takes some work though, unless you buy the facial animation pack for Genesis, other figures need to be done manually.
    they are non-standard characters in iClone with limited editing capabilities so you must set them up in Daz studio how you wish as far as clothing and appearance goes.

    Another question if I may.
    I am trying to decide which package to purchase.
    I noticed that the DAZ3D store has on sale the, "Facial Pipeline Power Bundle" facial & body animation w/DAZ extension included.

    It's features are:
    Iclone5Pro
    3DXchanges5Pro
    Iclone Facial Pipeline character Pack
    DAZ Genesis Extension (Duf)

    In your opinion would this cover what I need to import DAZ figures, with clothing on, into Iclone5 and create animations with these figures.
    Also would I be able to add the Mopac plugin later if I choose to.

    If not what would you suggest?
    I guess that's more than one question,guess I got a little greedy. "LOL";-) Just want to make sure I get everything I need for the best price.

    It would do everything you need
    as for best price, one can always wishlist and wait for a sale
    or look a t Reallusion and compare
    these things vary
    the Daz Genesis extention pretty much automates the process for Genesis, other figures need to be manually retargetted and morphs for visimes added
    plenty on topic on Reallusion forum
    I do not have the mocap plugin so cannot say what it is like
