DAZ 4.6 poser help

I just recently downloaded DAZ 4.6 Pro and it keeps telling me it can't find the scene files and whenever I try to get a model to load it tells me the files don't exist and when I do get a model up it's all just blocks. I hate the older version of this before and it gave me a normal looking figure that I could pose and mess around with. Now all I have is a stack of building blocks in the form of a person.

Is there any way where I can get just a model to move around without all this hassle?

    Did you install "Genesis Starter Essentials" and "Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials"?
