Ok, so I have Four Arms for Genesis.
Now some morphs such as the basic genesis morphs as well as a few from evolution work fine.
However, when building a Freak 5 ...
Well, you see the issue.
So, how do I go about adding the Freak 5 morphs (and/or other morphs from other packages I have) to the 4 arm geografted figure to make his arms match?

There isn't an automatic process - someone needs to sculpt a morph for the arms to match the base, then it can be saved as a Morph Asset and (if the creator wishes) made available for others.
You can add in bodybuilder to 1.0 (on Genesis) and the 4 arms will follow to get some more musculature but you won't get as much as Freak 5 has.... but it could be his less developed 2nd set of arms.
I wonder if you can transfer the arm morphs to the four arms the same way people are transferring genesis original morphs to genesis 2. Something I will need to experiment with in the next few days,
No, the transfer process relies on having things line up which the arms of course don't do with the original arms.
