I've always received a response. Maybe your email provider is filtering out the replies? Check the status of your tickets on the web: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests
Daz has an almost 100% reputation for Customer Service. Did you receive the automated response ebot for your ticket, which is always the first step for the reply system?
Did you send your ticket from here https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new including all relevant details. THe email address you use should be the one you use to sign on to your account with, as that is counted as your username for the store.
Note that if you're looking on the Zendesk page to check the status of your tickets, it isn't immediately obvious that you can see existing tickets — the only thing you see is "Submit A Request". The Zendesk page was redesigned a while back and it is now much less easy to use.
Click on the "Sign In" button in the top corner, then wait a few seconds until your name appears in the same button. Click on this again, and select "My Activities". Now you'll see your previous tickets, and whether they're still open, waiting for a reply from you, or closed.
I have always received responses to every ticket I have submitted. The automated response comes quickly. The actual human response sometimes takes a few days for technical support tickets.
