Need Help on Cartoon Skin texture or Anime Shader

Hello there. I would like to achieve the above skin texture on my daz characters. Does anyone know how to use daz to make this skin shade without buying anime shaders from the Daz store?  Or is buying the DG Iray Toon Styles for Genesis 2 on the Daz store my only route to get this?

    That is not a toon shader, it is a toon texture and material preset.

    There are a few DAZ Store products that have very similar to such material shader settings.

    You can mix & match and adjust the Surfaces settings manually. Also those simpler textures sets are easier to edit in external programs like Photoshop or Gimp.
