re: extra Poser files

Okay so another silly question!
So I noticed when I was using the DIM recently, it was downloading both DS and PS files. I am assuming that the PS files are for Poser? Is there any reason to download them and keep them? I noticed that frequently I have duplicates in the Smart content folder and I am assuming that is related to extra Poser files that are not always needed?

    If you are using the DIM, then click on the little gear icon at the top right hand side, and set the downloads that you want DIM to display. If you don;t use Poser at all, remove the ticks from these boxes. If you have already done that, then the Poser files that you have in your download list are required for DAZ Studio.

    All figure content prior to Genesis, was in Poser Format, so you do need some Poser files, for the likes of V4, M4 and all the others.
