G3/G8 Female Body-length Dragon Tattoo (mildly nsfw pic attached)

I'd like to build a G3 or G8 model with a body-length dragon tattoo for a character I play in a game.  If you've ever seen "Crying Freeman", you have the idea, but I've attached a pic of what I'd like.  Either an existing product or a guide on how to make my own would be awesome.  Thanks!
