Aniblock issues/questions
I'm trying to animate a character walking and I'm having some trouble. In Daz Studio I have created the character and applied star-walk-stop aniblocks. This is a Toon Generation 2 character which is based on Gen 3 (at least that's what the product description says). There are, oddly enough, additional pose-points for these characters. For instance, there are two shoulder adjustments and two forearm adjustments. Why not just have one? Could this be why the character holds his arms out from body instead of close to the side? I'm trying to fix this by baking the frames to keymate and then deleting and adjusting the shoulder frames there. I've done this before with Genesis character but this isn't working with my Toon Generations figure. I repo the arm held out, but it only lasts one frame then reverts to the orginal out-from-body position. Any ideas why?

Okay, further research came up with a solution.
--In Animate2 you can set a key keyframe on a different level. So the aniblocks are on base level. On Level 1 I can change the first frame of the block, adjusting legs and arms so they are in a more natural pose. This reposition of just one frame carries through the rest of the block.
--I save this as a pose preset and then can apply it to various figures going forward.
