Trouble loading Genesis 2 / V6

Has anybody else had trouble with the V6 pro bundle? I downloaded and installed it using DIM. When I attempted to use genesis 2 I was told there were files missing and only a box version off the model was displayed. I tried downloading the bundle again manually but still have the same problem. I'm using IE 10 with windows 7 64bit. Never had this problem before.
Any help would be gratefully accepted. I sent a ticket but the reply was not helpful.
( Why do they deem the problem solved before you have had a chance to solve it?)

    Did you also install Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials?

    Dear Mike,
    Thanks for the fast reply. I didn't download the essentials yesterday because they were unavailable to DIM and my downloads page. They appeared in DIM this morning and the problem is solved. I should have asked you first instead of wasting time submitting a ticket and getting a useless reply.
