Graphics Memory Usage

Hi everyone is there anyway to check how much memory my scene, characters ect are using so I can manage how much graphics card memory my renders will take ?

    There is no way built into Daz Studio but if you are using Iray there is a product you can buy from Daz called Iray Memory Assistant. This estimates the amount of memory your scene needs. It doesn't guarantee to be completly accurate but it I find it useful. This should be a link to it : https://www.daz3d.com/iray-memory-assistant

    There is another tool you can buy called Scene Optimizer. This can reduce the amount of memory a scene needs by reducing texture resolution and subdivision levels. This should be a link to it : https://www.daz3d.com/scene-optimizer

    Scene Optimizer is very useful. Iray Memory Assistant is too inaccurate to rely on.
