I am running Daz on Mac OS, so if I purchase any content from the shop does that mean it will work?

I couldn’t find any OS specifications for products in Daz shop. Should I assume that it will work on any operating system? If it doesn’t work, will I get a refund?

A good many froum members and also a good percentage of the PAs use Macs, so you should encounter no problems with DS (Daz Studio), Carrara and Hexagon are also fine on a Mac.  THe only prgram in the Daz stable that would have problems is Bryce, which does not run on an OS X > 10.6

some plugins are Windows only too but say so on their page

iray may need a bit of extra work from the user to use a Nvidia card on a Mac too from what I read on the forum too otherwise it reverts to CPU mode

So I found those running shoes in Daz store for Genesis that I want to purchase. Nothing is said if the download file is for Windows or OS. Does that mean it should work on both? And if not, is there a way to get a refund or will my money be lost? Thanks

all 3D content such as figures clothes etc all should work fine

it is only third party plugins that vary according to whether the creator can make a Mac version or not

there are not many in fact I cannot briefly looking even find one but it is always best to look if something says Windows only

You can safely assume that if a product page does not say anything about OS compatibility, it'll work on your Mac. I've been doing this on my Macs though two full system replacements in the last seven years, and have only run into problems a couple of times. If you do accidentally buy something that's Windows-only, Daz has one of the best refund policies anywhere - 30 days, no questions asked.
