I split an existing surface into 2 new surfaces, I would like to modify the UV map because I plan to use a diffuse map which doesn't match to the current UV map.
You can do that in many modelling applciations - including Hexagon. Export (at base resolution and with only the model you want to change visible) as OBJ, edit the UVs in your modeller (you can probably load the desired texture or template as a guide though I haven't checked this in Hexagon), save as OBJ, and use the Load UV set from the Surfaces pane option menu (the lined button in the top corner or right-click the tab) to bring the modified OBJ in. Once loaded the new UV set will appear as an option in the UV set setting for surfaces.

Are you wanting to remap a model, or to add a new surface with the existing mapping, or to produce a template on which to paint?

Thank you very much, you answered to my question, I was curious to know if Daz Studio could edit it.
Then I will use MilkShape3D, I know this software for a long time.
