About Serial Number. Help!

My order has been successful.
But,on "My Serial Numbers" page,it's "Currently there are no Serial Numbers available for you".

    Did you BUY the free version from the store or Download it from the links? Buy it and you will get the Serial Number when the Server updates your order.

    Same problem.

    We have "Bought" the software (for free). Twice actually - and both show up on the invoice page. Downloaded it from the link on the My Account invoice. Still no serial numbers available.

    Sometimes the pages are cached for a little longer than we appreciate. Clearing the browser cache, signing in again, refreshing the page ... coming back in about an hour ... hopefully the keys will show up. We don't know the times that the different servers refresh but normally keys show up almost immediately so hopefully yours will soon too.
